Welcome! At Citi, we are proud to provide comprehensive benefits that aim to help you and your family live well, feel well and save well. We know that everyone has different needs when it comes to benefits, and it’s important to us to meet those needs.

iconHired on or after September 24, 2021?

If you joined Citi on or after September 24, 2021, you will need to enroll in both 2021 and 2022 benefits. Because we are always looking for ways to enhance our benefits program, your benefits options may be different from one year to the next. If you are enrolling in 2021 and 2022 benefits, please use the following links to learn about both your 2021 and 2022 options:

Our health and income protection benefits offer you choice and include medical and prescription drug, dental and vision coverage, as well as disability, life and accident insurance. The Citi Retirement Savings Plan (Plan) enables you to plan for retirement and supports you in achieving your savings goals.

But your benefits don’t stop there. Savings and spending accounts can help you save on out-of-pocket costs. And we also offer a variety of programs and resources through our best-in-class partners to support your overall health and well-being. Find the right resource for your needs, anytime!

Plus, you can even get rewarded for making healthy choices.

Take time now to learn more about the all the benefits available before you enroll. You have 31 days from when you are newly eligible to enroll in benefits. If you don’t take action, you’ll only have core benefits that Citi provides to all employees at no cost.

Attest: Do You Smoke?

At Citi, we value tobacco free living. Our office locations across the globe are tobacco free, and we give you resources to help you get (and stay) tobacco free.

As part of our commitment to a tobacco free community, we ask all of our employees to attest to their tobacco user status as part of benefits enrollment.

Here’s what you need to know and do:

  • All new employees must complete the Tobacco Free Attestation when you enroll in benefits, regardless of your tobacco user status.
  • If you and/or your enrolled spouse/partner use tobacco:
    • You’ll pay a $600 penalty ($1,200 if you both use tobacco products).
    • You’ll have the opportunity to receive a refund on paid penalties if you complete the Live Well Tobacco Cessation Program.
Attention Spouses/Partners of Citi Employees! Compare Your Options

As the spouse or partner of a Citi employee, you have the option to enroll in Citi Benefits, too. If you have access to another employer plan other than Citi’s, consider which plan provides the most value. Compare Citi health plans to your employer’s offerings, as well as the cost of enrolling separately in “employee only” coverage through your employer’s plan with the cost of spouse/family coverage through Citi.
