Overview
The CDC recommends that everyone six months and older get a flu shot every fall. We encourage you to get yours at no-cost through one of the options below:
- Find an in-network doctor: Log in to your Aetna or Anthem account or download your carrier’s mobile app to search for an in-network provider. When you are at the doctor’s office, you’ll need to show a valid ID and your medical ID card.
- Find an in-network pharmacy: Visit caremark.com, download the free CVS Caremark mobile app or call CVS Caremark Customer Care at 1 (844) 214-6601. When you arrive at the pharmacy, simply show your CVS Caremark prescription ID card.
Note: If you visit an out-of-network doctor or pharmacy, you may have to pay for your flu shot.
Visit the Live Well at Citi on-site medical clinic if your location has one. Employees can get a flu shot at no cost here. To learn more, contact the clinic at your site.
The seasonal flu shot not only helps lower your chances of contracting the flu but also helps reduce the severity of your symptoms and can keep you out of the hospital if you do come down with it. We strongly encourage you and your family members to get a flu shot.
If you have questions or need help finding a flu shot location near you, contact your Citi Health Concierge.
