Effective May 31, 2024, the Sleepio program will no longer be available. Our benefits program continues to offer many ways to meet your sleep challenges, as well as many other needs. You may access alternate sleep support benefits available through the Live Well at Citi Program, the Be Well Program or your medical plan coverage.

Citi Benefits offer you many options for sleep improvement, including:

  • Live Well at Citi Health Coaching– Partner with a health coach through phone consultations or virtual chats. Your coach will help you develop a sleep improvement plan and then check in with you periodically to provide support and encouragement.
  • Virgin Pulse Sleep Guide* – Receive tips specific to your chosen sleep profile and suggestions for healthy habits that are known to improve sleep.
  • Virgin Pulse Video library– Watch videos that describe sleep improvement strategies for specific sleep issues, including overcoming sleep disruptions, dealing with nighttime anxiety and more.
  • Virgin Pulse Digital Coaching Journey*– Participate in a 10- to 14-day program designed to address your individual sleep issue, including falling asleep, getting back to sleep or getting sleep as parents.
  • Specialized sleep treatment – If you're covered by a Citi medical plan, your benefits include coverage for cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other treatment options that may help address your sleep challenges.
  • Be Well Program – If stress or anxiety is keeping you up, reach out to a Be Well counselor any time of day or night for immediate support and referrals to a variety of therapy options (in-person, phone, online or text).
