Support for Parents and Caregivers
  • Consider partnering with a Virgin Pulse health coach to build healthy stress management skills. Plus, you’ll earn points for your Live Well at Citi Program activities!
  • Call a Be Well Counselor at 1 (800) 952-1245 to access immediate confidential support, schedule an in-person visit or connect with BetterHelp online counseling. Counselors are also available 24/7 via live chat on the TELUS Health website or in the TELUS Health app (universal login: username ‒ bewell; case-sensitive password ‒ livewell). You can also request virtual mental health care by text, voice or video using the BetterHelp app. Be Well and BetterHelp counselors can assist with everything from emotional well-being, to life coaching, to interpersonal or marital issues.
  • Take a course through RethinkCare and incorporate mindfulness, resilience, and self-awareness into your daily life. You’ll earn Pulse Points for completing RethinkCare courses, too!
