Talk to Health Advocate
A Personal Health Advocate is a medical professional or health-related specialist who can help you, your spouse/partner, children, parents and parents-in-law:
- Resolve insurance claims and billing issues
- Find doctors who match your preferences and care needs
- Identify and make appointments with hard-to-reach specialists
- Obtain additional information about a medical condition
- Address the medical issues and health care needs of your family members
- Understand issues related to prescription drugs, such as how to compare generic and brand-name medications
- And more
If you’re not enrolled in a Citi medical plan, Health Advocate is your first resource for health care help. If you are enrolled in a Citi medical plan and need support beyond what your Citi Health Concierge can help you with, turn to the independent, third-party health care experts at Health Advocate.
