If you choose an out-of-network attorney, your MetLife legal plan will reimburse your eligible costs according to a fee schedule.
You can only enroll in MetLife Legal Plans during Annual Enrollment or if you are a new hire.
Upon leaving Citi, your group legal coverage will end. However, you have the option to enroll in individual legal coverage with automatic monthly payments made from your bank account. Learn more by visiting MetLife.com/individual-legal-plans or calling MetLife Legal Plans at 1 (800) 821-6400.
