Subscription-based Fitness Options

Paying for gym memberships and exercise classes can add up. Helping you take care of your body — and your wallet — is one of our benefit program priorities. That’s why we partner with Wellhub to offer you a free digital-only subscription for on-demand fitness and wellness programs.

With a holistic focus that covers all areas of well-being — including physical, social and beyond — Wellhub makes it easy to focus on your health wherever you are, whatever your goals may be.

Through Wellhub, you can choose which membership works best for you, ranging from the digital-only plan you receive for free as a Citi employee to various month-to-month paid options at different price points — with no contracts to worry about.

With each paid membership option, you get access to:

  • Gyms and boutique studios
  • Fitness classes, including yoga, cycling, boxing and more
  • Virtual personal training
  • On-demand workouts
  • Premium versions of top financial, mental and nutritional health apps

With each increasing membership level, you gain access to more options to choose from, all available at one monthly cost.

How It Works

You and three of your immediate family members are eligible to join Wellhub.*

To start exploring what’s available to you through Citi’s partnership with Wellhub, the first step is to sign up. You’ll also be able to access your free digital-only plan when you do.

Here’s how to sign up:

  • Download the Wellhub mobile app from your smartphone’s app store.
  • When prompted, enter “Citibank US” as your company name. Then enter your work email address to verify your eligibility. From here, you can choose to enter your personal email address or use your Citi email address for ongoing Wellhub log-ins.
  • Create a password for your new Wellhub account.
  • Start exploring the available membership options, including which fitness facilities are covered by each.

After you create your account, you can search Wellhub’s network in the app and see which membership options are accepted at gyms and studios near you, including the facilities you may already be going to and paying potentially more for.

There’s no risk to joining — you can easily cancel, switch or pause your membership anytime without incurring a cancellation fee. If you choose to enroll in a paid Wellhub membership, you will pay the monthly cost directly to Wellhub (rather than via payroll deductions).

*Eligible family members include your parents, children or partner/spouse. Note that each person will have their own account, membership and applicable costs. For example, you and your spouse would each have your own log-in information and the opportunity to choose the memberships that work best for each of your unique situations.

All Citi Fitness Centers (CFCs) are staffed by degreed fitness professionals who work closely with employees to create customized exercise programs and work together to plan and achieve individual fitness goals. All facilities also feature strength and cardiovascular equipment, and most of the CFCs offer towel service at no additional charge, as well as services, such as nutrition programming and/or personal training for a fee.

If you’d like to receive a membership, you must complete a health questionnaire, waiver, policies & procedures review, and equipment operations review.
