Minds at Citi

If you want relief from back pain, you would visit a specialist. If something on your mind is keeping you from feeling your best, why not take the same approach? The resources within Minds at Citi are designed specifically to help support you and your family members’ mental health, and are focused on transforming how we think, act and respond to mental health issues. Help is only a phone call or click away and all resources are 100% confidential.

Be Well Program

The Be Well Program is a free, confidential resource that provides support for a wide range of personal issues, like stress, relationship conflicts, financial challenges and substance abuse, as well as life’s everyday challenges, such as child care concerns, identity theft, legal advice and elder care guidance.

The Be Well Program is available to all active, benefits-eligible Citi employees and their household members as well as paid and unpaid interns; you don’t need to be enrolled in a Citi medical plan to take advantage of these programs. Through the Minds at Citi initiative, the Be Well Program includes up to five face-to-face or telephonic counseling sessions per issue or challenge, each, for you and your household members at no cost to you. If you require additional counseling, you’re responsible for any fees; however, the Be Well program will assist you in finding a counselor who’s covered under your medical plan.

You can call the Be Well program 24/7 for confidential guidance and support for a wide variety of personal issues and day-to-day concerns including:

  • Relationship issues: marital/partner, being single, dealing with conflict, or physical or emotional abuse
  • Emotional well-being: depression, stress, and anxiety, grief and loss, addictions and sleeping difficulties
